Promotional Offers

The following terms apply to our seasonal remodeling offers:

Spring Special: Kitchen Remodeling & Additions

• Offer is valid for new clients only who hire Dluxe Construction LLC for the entire project, including design.
• The offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
• The discount is applicable to the cost of labor only, not on the cost of materials.
• The project must be booked and started during the spring season to be eligible for the discount.
• Spring Fling: Attics Remodeling also applies under these exact terms.

Summer Deals: Bathroom & Basement Remodeling

• Offer is valid for new clients only who hire Dluxe Construction LLC for the entire project, including design.
• The offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
• The discount is applicable to the cost of labor only, not on the cost of materials.
• The project must be booked and started during the summer season to be eligible for the discount.
• Summer Luxe: Basement Remodeling also applies under these exact terms.

All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed without prior notice. Dluxe Construction LLC has the right to modify or cancel these offers at any time and for any reason. By taking advantage of any of these offers, clients agree to accept these terms and conditions. Any dispute arising from or related to these offers shall be governed by the laws of the state where services were performed.

Promotional Credits

• Promotional credits are non-transferable and may not be sold, bartered, auctioned, traded or exchanged.
• Promotional credit can only be used on a single purchase. Promotional credits expire on the date stated in your offer (if any).
• If your promotional credit is for a percentage discount, then DLX reserves the right to cap the amount of the promotional credit.
• Offer may be revoked at any time without notice. Offer void where prohibited by law.
• DLX reserves the right to deny honoring an offer on the grounds of suspicion or abuse of offers without providing any explanation thereof.
• If the contract is canceled before the completion, the Offer would be void and full price is to be paid.
• To be eligible for this offer, you must request a complete renovation or upgrading project. You must apply for the total service for RENOVATION or REMODELING to get the offer.
• Only one offer code per project is allowed for each customer. If any other discount is given, it will void the Offer.

Remodeled Home Showings & Events

Entry & Information

DLUXE CONSTRUCTION LLC reserves the right to refuse entry to any person for any reason we deem necessary within the law. As this is a private and commercial event, admission of any person with firearms or bladed weapons is not permitted.

DLUXE CONSTRUCTION will ask each guest to provide their personal information, which will be available only for commercial purposes of the company and will not be sold or exposed to other companies. DLUXE CONSTRUCTION establishes that it will only use your information for promotional purposes, where you may unsubscribe any time you want.

Photography & Media

You cannot take pictures or videos and publish them without our authorization. Any kind of negative publicity of the event would be in violation of this information handling clause.

Anyone invited to our SHOWROOM or other Remodeling event is hereby notified that they will be exposed to photo shoots carried out by DLUXE CONSTRUCTION for commercial purposes. Any person who signs up or comes to our event agrees to appear in our digital and printed media to advertise any activity of the company.

House Rules & Guidelines

• Pay attention to any specific instructions provided by the agent or host, such as removing shoes, not touching certain items, or using designated pathways.
• Respect any areas that are off-limits or marked as private, and refrain from opening drawers, closets, or cabinets unless explicitly encouraged to do so.
• Visitors are free to explore the property at their own pace. Respecting the privacy of current residents is mandatory.
• Refrain from commenting on the owners' personal belongings or décor, as it can be perceived as intrusive or disrespectful.
• Shoe Covers Required Beyond this Point.
• NOT to touch labeled items.

Food & Alcohol

• Dluxe assumes no responsibility or liability for any food or beverage consumption. Not all ingredients are listed. Please alert your server if you have any food allergies.
• Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
• ALCOHOL (max 1 per person): Please drink responsibly; Don't drink and drive; For people over the legal age only. Pregnant women should not drink alcohol.
• Excessive consumption limits your capacity to drive and operate machinery, and can cause harm to your health and family.
