• Promotional credits are non transferable and may not be sold, bartered, auctioned, traded or exchanged.

• Promotional credits apply to orders made through Areo app only, and not to any order made by other means (for example, promotional credits do not apply to orders made through a provider's app or made by phone directly with a provider). 
• DLX reserves the right to deny honoring an offer on the grounds of suspicion or abuse of offers without providing any explanation thereof.
• In case of multiple applicable offers, Areo will apply best applicable offer at the time of checkout 
• DLX reserves the right to change or modify these Credit Terms at any time and in our sole discretion.
• DLX reserves the right to partner with a third party(ies) who may offer promotional opportunities to Areo users, however details and applicable terms of such third party promotion(s) will be governed by the such third party(ies) offering the promotion (and not DLX).
• Offer is ONLY good for the time that is valid for.

• If Any other discount given will void the Offer.
• If the contract is canceled before the completion Offer would be void and full price to be paid.

• To eligibility for this offer, you must request the complete renovation or upgrading project. In this sense, you must apply for the total service for RENOVATION, OR REMODELING, and thus you can get the offer.
• Also, for you to get the discount, one offer must be chosen, as the others are disabled for you because only one offer code per project is allowed for each customer.

DLUXE CONSTRUCTION LLC reserves the right to refuse entry to any person for any reason we deem necessary within the law.

As this is a private and commercial event, admission of any person with firearms or bladed weapons is not permitted.

DLUXE CONSTRUCTION, for the commitment it has with each guest to the event will ask each one to provide their personal information; therefore, this information will be available only for commercial purposes of the company and will not be sold or exposed to other companies. DLUXE CONSTRUCTION establishes that it will only use your information for promotional purposes and some marketing and advertising campaigns, where you may unsubscribe any time you want.

Finally, you must be in full knowledge that you cannot take pictures or videos and publish them without our authorization. Any kind of negative publicity of the event would be in violation of this information handling clause and will have to comply with the conditions set forth by DLUXE CONSTRUCTION.

Commercial Events:

Every event promoted by DLUXE CONSTRUCTION LLC, has a commercial intention and is of a private purpose, so you need to accept all the conditions and terms in order to be able to join the event. In addition to receiving an invitation to register, if you still access any of our events, you automatically accept any condition or term established by DLUXE CONSTRUCTION LLC.

Anyone invited or going to our SHOWROOM or other Remodeling event open to the public is hereby notified that they will be exposed to photo shoots, which will be carried out by DLUXE CONSTRUCTION for commercial purposes.

Therefore, any person who signs up or comes to our event agrees to accept the conditions and commercial agreements to appear in our digital and printed media set in the present or future to advertise any activity of the company DLUXE CONSTRUCTION LLC.

Following House Rules and Guidelines:

Pay attention to any specific instructions provided by the agent or host, such as removing shoes, not touching certain items, or using designated pathways.

Respect any areas that are off-limits or marked as private, and refrain from opening drawers, closets, or cabinets unless explicitly encouraged to do so.

Property Exploration:

Visitors are free to explore the property at their own pace. They can tour each room, examine the features, and get a sense of the layout and overall condition.

Some open houses may have designated areas where visitors can leave feedback or ask questions.

Respecting the Privacy of the Current Residents:

If the current owners are present during the open house, be mindful of their space and privacy. Avoid discussing personal opinions about the property in their presence.

Refrain from commenting on the owners’ personal belongings or décor, as it can be perceived as intrusive or disrespectful.
